Known for our expert storytelling through contemporary dance and drawing in audiences unfamiliar with dance, this year’s production celebrates their return to the stage while reflecting on the past two years.
This year, we are returning to the live stage at Chapel Theatre to produce a dance and drink pairing event. Guests may choose from wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverages and our Sommelier and Cicerone will present the audience with 4 drinks that were chosen specifically to pair with each performance. While the audience sips their drinks, TriptheDark will perform a selection of brand new work. Each piece follows the theme of death, but not in the traditional sense: The choreographers focused on the elements of life that were lost due to the pandemic; death of variety, death of stability, death of inhibition, and more.
